My guest today is a trailblazer in building a profitable business that caters to helping people look better, feel better and have a better quality of life. It don’t get no better than that! When I tell you that you are in for a treat with a capital T today, believe me.

Entrepreneur and Trailblazer Sandy Spina reigns from breaking the glass ceiling in corporate America then breaking out of the ‘rat race’ to carve her own path when she decided to launch a successful business with one of the most prominent cutting edge Vegan, Green Health and Wellness companies in the world—Arbonne International, a $100 billion company.

And while it may sound like Sandy is the epitome of claiming her own passage, it didn’t come easy! She literally awoke one day and decided that enough was enough—she craved something more. So more than 10 years ago, she bravely walked away from a high-powered executive career and stepped out on faith.

Realizing she’d found her passion, Sandy now also coaches individuals on how to create multiple streams of passive income and promote personal self-development AND she’s joining us to not only share her story and journey with you today but to share some invaluable knowledge and inspire you on how to build a profitable business…So let’s dive right in!

Episode Takeaways:

  • Who is Sandy Spina? Sandy Spina is an Independent Consultant, Regional Vice President with Arbonne International. Sandy’s professional life prior to Arbonne International was dedicated to the corporate Travel Industry for 29 years–managing Fortune 500 Global Travel programs and traveling the globe. Sandy’s professional life changed after she attended an Arbonne training conference in Atlanta in April 2008. After two days at the conference, she felt a “tug” (intuition) and knew this was the company she was to look into further. Eleven years later, Sandy has built a successful business in four countries. Sandy has earned Arbonne’s President Award, Areas of Excellence Award and the Arbonne White Mercedes. Sandy takes most pride in trying to help others and her work with local Non-Profit Organizations through the Arbonne Charitable Foundation.
  • Sandy says, “Always follow your gut instinct and never second-guess it no matter what! Women have such a strong intuition and we know when we follow that intuition – it’s leading us to where we’re supposed to be. And we also know when we don’t follow it – it’s red flags.”
  • If your why doesn’t make you cry, it isn’t strong enough! Too many women struggle with helping themselves – we’re always ready to care for others but when it comes to ourselves, we can really have a hard time identifying our own why. Dig deep and be ready to peel back your own layers to get to the root of your why.
  • What are some of the first steps to starting your own business? Know your why, be coachable, and always show up!!
